Non Delivery of material

I have purchased a Microwave Oven from Bownpally Branch of Adishwar stores on 5th Nov assuming that it can be given as a Diwali gift. It has been ten days and the Microwave oven is not yet delivered irrespective of multiple delivery committments. They were also supposed to give a free Electric Cooker and there are no signs of delivering that.

Now since it is a long time I cannot give it as a Diwali gift now and the show room staff gives an irresponsible reply saying they can give me the Oven only when they have stock.
