Display got affected

Dear, Sir / Madam,

I have purchased NOKIA C5-00W.Grey Mobile Handset on 06.08.2010 at Scholar Stationers, Gar Ali, Jorhat, Assam.

All of a sudden its display Got affected on 20.08.2010 which I noticed in the morning.

I had contacted The Nokia Care Centre at Jorhat, the owner of the service center refused to give the service in warranty period stating that it is a physical damage. I would like to bring to your notice that my Mobile Handset is very much Intact, not broken from outside.

I dont know the reason why the DISPLAY GOT AFFECTED.

The Display got damaged within the span of 15 days after purchasing the Mobile Handset.

The IMEI No. 353757047246226.

Kindly help me and do the needful please.
