Mobile GPRS not working continious, Hanging of system, switch of automatically

Dear sir,

I bought a Nokia E 71 mobile hand set on 4th January. The hand set is not working properly due to the software problem. It is getting heating up of the mobile, system hanging, switch of automatically and gets swithced on, GPRS is not working properly (cut off and hangs up). The hand set was given to the Nokia dealer - mobile stores and sent to service two times durig waranty period, and they repplied that there was soft ware problem which we have rectified. But the problem is still persisting and unable to do any thing with the supplier or manufacturer. Requests your guide and support.
