No Care from Nokia

Dear Sir,

I am Bishal Sarkar. I have bought a Nokia Handset C5 - 03 (IMEI No.354349049478707) from SAHA TELECOM (11 workshop road, Kanchrapara, 24 PGS North, W.B) Mobile 9830563406/9830410410, Vat Regn. No. 19664926013 on 05-04.

It was doing well, soon i realise that there is some problem with the software. I contact Citytel Service (P-II, C I T Road, Scheme - L.V Moulali Kolkata), Ncc- 270_504886, Cont- 03332552226. I submitted my phone on 18- April and they Assure me that the problem will be solved very soon... They give me a job sheet .. (270504886/110418/27). But the problem is now they are not returning my phone .. Some time they are saying it is sent to Delhi ..and sometime at Express Service center... I dont want to know any excuse. I just want my phone back... If the process is going on like this then i am bound to go to print media.
