Fake warranty

I bought Nokia mobile with one year warranty. After some time my mobile had problems as its touch screen was not working. I went to nokia care center as it is still in warranty period. They said they will be sending it to head office for further research. When I got my mobile back, i found that they have changed its appearence by replacing the lower body part which was not of the same color and was deformed in shape as well. My mobile has lost its value.

what should I do?
