Internet connectivity problem

Dear sir,

this is srinibas sia from pune india. i am using NOKIA C5-03 handset from last 8 months. from last week i am facing internet connectivity problem with this handset. i tried all sim provider companies sim for checking the error of this problem but main problem of this handset is this handset cant received any internet settings messge... i sent my handset for service centre of pune but tey didnt help me properly, i kindly request to you please rectified this problem as soon as well...
