Touchpad is not working

Hello Sir,

I went for mine mobile's touch pad replacement at the Nokia Care in Gariahat. It is in warranty period although they are asking me to pay Rs 1800, for its replacement. It is not damaged by me nor fell down. Even though they are asking me to pay Rs 1800. I cannot use my phone. Please do something to help me...
