Failure of phone

Espected sir, i am using nokia c5-03 from 9th august'2011..Till date i am not able to utilize the appliations provided. Whenever i use app. Like map, browsing internet, Phone automaticaly goes to switch off mode after a black screen change. Whenever i visit nokia care, they simply says 'its just a software problem and they format/update the phone' but this method didn't worked. Few days are left in waranty/guaranty, after that they will charge fee to update the phone. Kindly help me, i am not satisfied with this phone. i am facing problems from the day i bought it and once before also i have registered complaint here. I want it to me replaced. Thank you.
