Sir this complaint is regards to the nokia x2 i purchased in the month of october

the product was sold telling it has a very good sound quality which was my primary requirement the ph failed to deliver at that part as the sound was not of the highest quality that was the primary issue

however when i tried to transfer data from my computer to the mobile the steel body was giving me electric shocks which as per my understanding should be mentioned in the box that data transfer from computer can be dangerous

sir, i am a very faithful customer of nokia and would not like to charge them regarding their product however this is my last nokia product that i am purchasing
