HANGING PROBLEM

My handset C3 is hanging even though i had not inserted memory card...

the main problem is automatic msg editor is opened and again automatic msg starts typing in it... like any alphabet is typed for many times like that...

NOKIA CARE just formats my phone but again same problem occours aftr few days...

my handset had been formatted for 3 times for same problem...

please guide me in it... what should i do next...
