More damage done to my phone than being solved

I am Amal Raj James Paul, i bought a nokia mobile phone model no 5230 on 15/2 IMEI No-357989039420024. Recently 1 week ago i had a problem with the touchscreen for which i gave it to a Nokia Care Centre at Kharida, Malancha Road, Kharagpur. I had mentioned in the form that i want a feedback for all my contacts and that they should not be deleted at any cost. first they said that they will return the next day, but they didnt gave it. they kept on saying that it will take some more time. when they returnd the phone on 4/3 all my contacts were deleted and none of my problem was solved and they created two new problems, when i make a new call, my touchscreen doesnt work and the light gets switchd off automatically. i said to them to plz restore the old condition of the phone at least and not to create any new problem but they didint behaved properly. when i told them i want to talk to the manager they gave a excuse that he is ill and he cannot meet anyone. i had to return with empty hands. now my phone has been reduced to an empty box without much function.

I want to redeem my cost of my phone plus the harassment cost.
