Complain for n79

Dear sir,

I am Tarun Nagpal from Mumbai bought nokia N79 on 16th march since that day i had not used it properly, i had complained 10-15 time to goregaon nokia center but every time they take 15 day to repair but when i use it again it become same that is again handeg i cant use it, that means since i had bought mobile half of the time it was with you, now since one and half month it is with you people but i m not geting any mobile or other mobile i am tired of it my whole family use nokia we had trust in nokia that this is no 1 so pls do something before we loose trust on it because before this when my sister bought nokia even she was having complain she sold it and bought another brand but i dont want to do so and pls dont force me to do so pls pls do somthing give me another model of Nokia with same cost of Nokia N79 .
