Phone problem

Hi i m anoop..i buy nokia 5233 five months back..and phone start doing trouble after 2 days of its purcase ..and when i give my phone to nokia service centre they give me bill of 900 hundred rupees inspite of my phone is in warranty..i paid them money bt again phone has same problem ..i complaint them regularly bt they does not respnded... i bought this phone from my hard earned money and i want money back ..plaz help me
