Sir,

I have Nokia n97 mini handset with serial no. 351979040295750 .The handset is under warranty.many times it's touch screen refuses to work. I went to Nokia care (preet vihar) three times. They always update my software but never concentrate on the primary problem. I became tired by going Nokia care again and again.

please help me what should i do against the Nokia Care, Preet vihar branch.
