I given my hand set Nokia n-79to milap electronics Nokia care for software updation . but after updation same problem is existing so i again gone there then they told me to buy new battery wroth rate of 3020/- rupees. After purchasing of battery, problem was not eliminated . so i gone again there but after servicing i come to know that my mobile has been broken by them . i told them to change the body but they blaming me that at the time of submitting this body is already broken. now still they didn't wants to change. now i submitted the Complaint to consumer forum Nagpur in the month of September . still the result is waiting so please help me to solve the case
