Mobile panel paint peeling off

Electronics and household app.

I bought a Nokia c7 in Jan. Within fifteen days of purchase the paint on the panel started peeling off. On contacting the nearest Nokia care, they ask'd me to wait saying the spares of this phone are not out yet being a newly launched model.

And now after 2 months of continuous request for a solution they Say that PANELS ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY.

Am really shock'd the way Nokia has treated me. I feel cheated. I request you to look into this matter at the earliest and provide me wit a solution on how to table the issue.

We as customers don't pay separately for panel, battery, mother board etc. We pay together, a lumpsum amount for the phone. Then why is the warranty diff for each part?

I have been very loyal to the NOKIA BRAND! But the response from Nokia care gives me a feeling That customers are taken for a ride.

After paying 18000rupees for the phone, i didn't expect such poor quality of parts on the phone.
