Poor servicesand false commitment

I Dinesh Manglani R/o c5d/91a janak puri, has deposited my nokia c5-03 imei no. 354349048824901 toNet Dot Solution A-5/1 Tilak Nagar. and i have been told its just a problem of display n u will get ur handset in 1hours time but with in 14min they told sir we need a days time as we dont have display here so by monday we will get it done and u come on 12th i.e tuesday and u vl get ur handset, but when on tuesday i went there they said it goona take 5 more daays and i dont think that is feesable.
