This is with reference to attached mail pertaining my plight request about my mobile set.
Your representative Mr. Kamal have made false commitment that you will not have to pay for the same problem & for the same problem I have to call at your call center everyday & I've spoken to your several people like Aman, Manoj, Dharamveer, Retundra. Would I have to go to the CONSUMER FORUM for this petty matter?
Why every time I asked to wait for appropriate solution & no one to bother about my plight
request.

Dear Team,
I have a Nokia 2700 Classic set & purchased it in September.
In December a problem occrued in the same set regarding
CONTACT SERVICE & have approached Nokia care center for
the same problem & problem got resolved on 12 Jan & I had
to pay Rs 1145/- against receipt no 1802, dt 12th Jan for the same.
On 19th Apr the same problem was occured once again & have
approached for the same to Nokia care center and I have lodged
a complaint for the same and complaint no is 1-11613638602 &
I was told by the your representative that you need not to pay
anything and you would have received a call from our end with in
next 48 hrs.
But after that I made around eight to ten calls to your call center
but every time they ask that you would received a call from our end
with in 48 hrs but I do not receive any call from your side.
I am very disappointed from your side.
Please help me asap if you can, If you people are not able to resolve
the same issue please let me know atleast.
