NOKIA not reparing or replacing a faulty device

Hi,

I have purchased Nokia X6-16GB 8 months back and from last 5 months there is no network in cell phone... Nokia care centre said they cant repair the device, it is faulty after 2 months of analysis... Follow with Nokia online for resolution, Now after 3-4 months of calling to them... with Request ID:

they Say we cant repair the device... My phone is still in warranty, If you cant repair it, please REPLACE IT... They say we cant answer this

this is no pissed off Exp with Nokia with the product they sold...

I have exchanged 30 emails with contactcentre.india@nokia.com and 45 calls on nokia care 30303838

CAN SOMEONE HELP TO RESOLVE THIS
