Phone shutdown during call

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name – C7- ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 353755040517312, )on

08 NOV from TUDORAIRLINK SYSTEMS meerut.

From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of hangafter calling and dust/dirt inside the screen.. This handset has been sent morethan three times to Nokia service centre

IT GAIN, 1st floor bulg N 64 OPP. Tanyaautomobile MEERUT, but the problem still persists. It’s really problematic andvery tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular office work. For myofficial work I have to travel a lot in different parts of India, where mobileis an absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected. I am using nokia handsets from very long time like N72, N73, N85, but not facing any problem.

Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the presenthandset with a new one of the upgrade version for your customer satisfaction.

I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolvedwithin 7 days of time span.

In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall Icontact next for getting an early solution.
