Dear Sir

Earlier I had lodged a complaint in the same site stating that I had a Nokia E7 phone with Bluetooth.

Subsequently I had also mentioned that the ear tag of the blue tooth got broken due to its flimsy finish.(with 3 months)

On looking for a solution to get an ear tag, I had to run between the dealer and Nokia service center at Bangalore and the end result was that I should buy a new Bluetooth as ear tag’s are not sold separately.

Which means I will have to shell out Rs1200 and buy a new one?

Objective of Nokia was very clear.

Give cheap attachments along with the product and make the customer come back to buy new one’s.

Interestingly for the last complaint, I got a call from a customer care agent, who did not tell from where and from where I can get this ear tag, it was courtesy call I presume, telling I will get back to you.

Friends, my humble request to all Keep away from Nokia products as they are not serious about their customers. It is the hype that is making us go for their products.

Look for products which have good customer care and I mean seriously “Customer care” and those who do not tax the customer to its core.

In my case I lost Half day at work, burnt 3 Ltrs of Petrol, strained in Blr traffic on chasing for a simple solution which actually should not have coasted me more than Rs 30 if it was made available in the local market.

A simple plastic component, which is not made available by Nokia.

If I can spend on X6 Phone 16 K with cash down payment, then it is the moral responsibility of Nokia to supply the spares for the product that I purchased from them.

If I fail to get a favorable answer to this issue, I am going to lodge a formal complaint with consumer forum, CFBP and put forward awareness note in facebook and twitter.

I would like to return the phone and have my money refunded with no interest. I mean it I do not want any interest, just refund my money and take back the phone as it is very much in warranty.

I am Setting in 7 days for the responsible people of Nokia to respond, if not I will be forced to take those which I presume is correct for justification.
