Defective product

I had purchase mobile- Nokia X3-02 in April. It becomes hot at the time of charging the phone. I went to Nokia centre at Pune. They told me to update the OS (Operting System) of my phone. After updating OS, it seems that one of the function -i.e. Mail- is not working. I again went to Nokia center. They updated my phone's OS again. Theu checked the application and said "This problem is due to server problem of Nokia". Still having problem with Mail in my phone. I sent mail also about this issue. But issue is not resolved yet. I want my money back or replacement of this phone.

Please assist me what to do?
