I Mr. Bharat Gandhi purchased a Nokia 5800 ExpreeMusic mobile handset from local dealer at Virar (West) past 1 year. Now I have some technical problem of Bluetooth in my handset. Bluetooth is not operating properly since 1.5 months. I showed the handset in the Nokia Gallery at Vasai (W), but they didn't bothered to look at it. They just ignored and said that the required parts are not available and it has to be sent to Delhi and it shall cost Rs. 4, 000/- for its repair. After 2-3 days again I went to the Gallary they reduced the cost of repairing to Rs. 2, 800/-. My complaint is that the guys at the Gallery do not respond to the customers properly and fluctuation in their charges make me doubtful in handing my handset to them.

I want to know the exact repairing cost & can my handset be repaired. Please suggest me some place where I can get it repaired with lower cost.
