Unsatisfied custmoer of Nokia care

Hi,

My name is Yaseen from Hubli iam having Nokia 5300 xpress music since from one iam using this but suddnley its started giving problem then i went to nokia care they said its software issue will solve it by evening you can collect it again i went evening then they said its hardware issue will inform you after two days iam waited for there call but they dint called me i called them then they said come here to the Nokia care will tell you i went there today they said easily we cant solve this problem what the hell they think about if Nokia people wont solves the problem then to whom should we give our handset for service.

If anyone having suggestions for me please reply me.
