Faulty nokia c5

Bought a new NOKIA C5 from OM Mobile centre Margao- Goa, 15 days old, made only 7 local & 1 international call. it automatically became dead.

After showing to dealer he promised to replace with a new set, he directed me to show Nokia Care-Margao before replacing.but Nokia Care could do anything, they said it has to be sent to delhi. I went back & explain the problem to the dealer in which they refuse to replace the handset, then i said to them i'll complain to consumer forum in which they told me to me complain.

How can they cheat customer by selling faulty and duplicate handset, which i came to know is made in China.

They should either replace or refund the cost.
