Touch not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased nokia c5 on 21/07 from poorvika show room kalavasal madurai. The same handset got touch problem within 2 month due to mfg. fault the liquid in hadset. I given the Nokia care and they return back after 10days. Again the hand set got same problem. I hand over to repair at Nokia care -Trichy (tele port) contonment. They return me after 15 days.and again the same problem in my mobile i am giving every month to the same nokia carea at Trichy. They are simply telling we will change the touch. But they not doing any think. So, I request to you, Please advice nokia to replease the hand set.
