Not getting proper response about my handset

Hi,

I had bought Nokia C-5 on 16th Aug10.

After using around 1 month it got switched off and did not turned on. I submitted my phone to Nokia care for repairing on 01st October.

After contacting several times i did not get any satisfactory response about my phone. When I call to nokia care they always say it will come with in 2 days but it is now around 3 weeks.

Please help me out from this.
