Nokia C-5 mobile
Not working

Hi,

I have purchased a nokia C-5 mobile 10 months back. It was giving many complaints when it was started using. Now its touch screen is not sensing. I have hand over the phone to nokia care, Calicut. They rectified defects but after two days again same problem pesists. Now the Nokia care saying that they donot have stock of touch screen pad and it will take one month to rectify the defect. It is very unfortunate to wait for 30 days to get a problem solved. On enquiry it was informed by many that nokia phones are getting frequent troubles.
