Nokia C6-00
Unhappy with service centre

Respected Sir/Madam,

I bought my nokia phone C6-00 but after 2 months it get hanging problem, application getting crashed and incoming audio is not hearing then i went to nokia care on 12/09. They said that my phone will be repair in 7-10 days. After 10 days i called them but they said that it takes few more days to solve that problem, then i said ok but after few days i again called them. Then they again said that it will take few days more. Then i went to nokia care and they give me my phone and said that your phone is repaired. i checked it but the problem was not resolve. Then i said them that it is not repaired and they said that it must be sliding problem we have to check that so it will take few more days. So, sir i kindly say that you please quickly resolve my problem so i get my phone back i just really need my phone.
