Still Charging Replacement Charges... solution?

Dear sir,

I received a call from your side today and they told me to visit again Nokia center so he can talk with Nokia Center (Girish Park Branch) head.

Finally, after long conversation with Nokia Center head with me, they told me to pay Rs 2302/- instead of Rs 2800/-. When I ask them why should I pay when its not my fault they reply that sometime product may get damage by just using it. Now please tell me whether you called a damage or faulty products/parts sold by Nokia India. I am really disappointed by branch head answer now you tell me what should I do?

I hope this time I might get my query answer.
