Irresponsible service

I had problem with Nokia mobile phone c6-01 within 1 month of its purchase. I gave it to the Nokia care in Kottayam, Kerala. I was told it has to be sent to head quarters for repairing and I need to wait for 15days. And I had to wait more than 15 days to receive the mobile after repair. On receiving the mobile I saw the mobile was tampered now it looks too old. i am doubtful whether it is the same mobile. The mobile which I was handling very carefully was treated very irresponsibly and I am totally not satisfied with there service.
