Replace the defective handset with some other handset

Dear sir,

I am Parth gaur having a NOKIA C6-01.

Its been a long time since i am facing lot of problems in my handset and even after several attempts theses couldn't be solved.

Just after owning this handset, i have facing a lot of problems, problems are severe like:-

1. In last 6 months its O.S have been updated more than half a dozen times, as this handset is not capable of working with this O.S. After updating the O.S, its one of the main feature i.e maps don't work accordingly. its not worhty to update a handset's O.S 6-7 times within few months, it may have some problem that's why i couldn't adapt with the current O.S

2.its damaging my accessories frequently like hands-free, charger etc.

3.very low battery backup even using a new battery with it, as the battery drains out in less then 5-6hrs!!! its just worst for any perso using a mobile with such low battery backup.

4severe overheating of handset in 3g, video playback and normal uses of calling also.

5.some tines the screen fades up when i am using it.

6.one of the biggest problems i.e. network drop. the network drop occurs also in an area of full network coverage.

7.if i connect a usb to it, sometimes its not ables to detect whether a usb is connected to it or not.

8.high charging time: it take a lot of time for chnarging.

Well, regarding some problems

I reached to nokia to solve it out, but sometime they say its not having any problem and sometimes they say we 've repaired it, but from the next day itself the same problem arises. how can i go daily to nokia to make my phone repair. is it possible...:/ :(

Well i am facing a lot of problems in my NOKIA C6-01 from the day i own it... and i opted nokia for its goodwill in the market.but here what's happening... th handset is completely a defective one. As from the consumer reviews of people having c6-01, its not worthy one to use.. so... plz solve my problem... and i kindly request u guys to please replace my nokia c6-01 with some other handset coz if ill get a c6-01 again after repairing, m sure, i will again cause a problem to me, as well to you... so please replace my handset with some other handset. i would be thankful to you.
