Defect in the device

I purchased a e-7 handset frm nokia on 1st may bt it is defective and company repaired it bt still it is nt workin properly nw company is givin me swap handset whch i m nt acceptin therefore, i asked company to either gv me new box packed handset or refund me the amount bt they are forcing me to use swaped handset only..its being 1 month dat i m waiting 4 d resolution..
