After visited many times to nokia service center still no resolution recieved

Hello,

I bought a Nokia Mobile phone (Model No.-7230) (IMEI- 354337/04/732997/2) in Dec'10. After that I visited thrice a time to resolve only for one concern but again same issue elevate & again for same 4th time I visited at Nokia Service Center in Okhla, Phase-2, New Delhi-110020.

After a long rest I called up by the counter where the executive informed me that you cell phone key pad got moisture near cell phone key pad lights. But what actually my cell phone concern is,

1-Showing data cable already got connected automatically. (From beginning)

2-Somtimes display gets blank.

3-Battry back up is worst even after replacing it…

Let me know the thing, how can above three (issue) point can be hit by only keypad moisture when my cell phone keypad working fine even its lights are working properly, the Service Center Manager & Sr. Manager are just doing their job as like government org. not as customer satisfactory terms.

Boss, not to teach me more as well try to give guidance to your service center executive to delivered perfect resolution at first place to reduce customer walking & increase satisfaction…

Why they are not giving any receipt or job card to the customers for their evidence, why customer pay Rs.56 only for this?
