Electronics and household app.

I had purchased a Nokia E 7 mobile phone a few months back and it started giving problem soon. On June 30th the phone started displaying " Faulty USB " however on keeping it switched off overnight helped it restart well on1st July. However on 2nd morning the display did and not work and in a bid to restart the phone did not start/ switch on once it was powered off.

I had submitted the phone for repairs to Nokia center on 2nd itself and in the evening was told that now it will have to be sent to factory for repairs and will be back within 7 days (as had no choice accepted the same). However subsequent phone calls to Service Center and their customer care number 30303838, till yesterday, conveyed that it is UNDER REWORK.

Meanwhile had requested for CHANGE OF PHONE as would not like to get a phone repaired in just 3 months after paying 28500/- for the same. But till date no communication from them. Also am without phone (a decent one which i can use to store data/ check mail etc for which i bought E7) for last 10 days thereby making me suffer both professionally & mentally.
