Not given proper service for under warranty mobiles handsets

I had purchased mobile handset from Exclusive world court road sahahranpur (U.P) dtd 13/01 bearing invoice no. 3387. model no. of mobile is E52, IMEI NO. 353735049624413, BATTERY NO.UP5544WU31050108477.0670519 .hand set started giving problem from last since 2-3 days. Problem was thah phone got switched off automatically and didint started just like a dead phone. so i went to nokia care center which is siutated at Court Road saharanpur (U.P) they told it cannot be reparied here as it is outoff warrenty. but as per my knowledge warranty period is of 1 yr of mobile and still 6 months are left for warranty. but they directly refused for service so i approched this form for proper justice. i humbly pray for providing proper service and to repair my moblie handset as it is under warrant period.
