Faulty Handset Model 6275

We had purchased One Nokia Mobile Handset Model 6275-25013495158 from M/s JM Associates vide their Retail Invoice Book 42 Serial number 2082 dated 23.12.2010.

Two days ago the handset started displaying a yellow spot in the center of the display screen and other problems started. When the set was taken to Nokia Customer Care, 13 Kapil Vihar, Kohat Enclave on 16.7.2011 the staff alleged that the set had undergone physical damage and so the fault lay with us and they said the handset shall be repaired against charges. The staff was downright rude and held the veiw that the set was 'physically damaged' and hence not covered under warranty.
