this is to bring to ur notice that i had deposited my mobile service center jhansi for softwre update but due to improper procedure they made it dead.they are not accpting their faults, not giving proper response and spoke in abusive language to me and said they are not responsible for it.i request to take action against them so that i could get REPLACEMENT for the mobile as soon as possible with the solution as i just bought in may.
