Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought a nokia C3 on 5th Aug EMEI : 357921049407816 and my phone mike not working. I went nokia care B-100A South City-I, Gurgaon on 20th Aug for replacement due to i have warrenty for my phone. They said your phone mike damage we can not change without charge. why so. i am not satisfied nokia care centre.
