Poor quality E7 accessories

Dear Nokia Area Manager,

This complaint is with respect to Nokia E7 accesory (pouch..Purchased for Rs.900.00/- )purchased from Nokia priority shop in arthur bunder road, colaba, mumbai 05, Tel:022 22020202...

within 2 months of purchase the plastic frames started breaking and the phone now slips out eaisly... when i approached the shop, they told me tha pouch doesnt carry any warranty and could not help...

I have purchsed Nokia premium phone E7 expecting its accessories will have min standard... or else i could have purchased same looking mob pouch from the sreets for 100 buks...

Very poor customer care from the priority shop!!!
