Epairing of mobile set

Sir i submit my nokia C1-01 at nokia care on 08/08.Care returned my set on next day b telling that yor set is repaired, but when i checked, it is on the same condition as i submited.

Next time i submit this set again on 16/08 at this time the told that, this is a high level problemyou should wait for 8-10 days

Then i recieved set at 25/08, there is no change in set. When i told them about this, they give me solution that, I again submit it to the care with new job sheet.(this is ok)

When again i wish to submit my set which is under warenty period,

the toled me that " your set is out of warrenty due to liqued logging in it, so you should pay Rs. 594.
