Nokia care - wrong diagnose

Its better to buy a Chinese phone rather than buying a Nokia handset. Seriously this thought come in my mind when I go to Sec 14 Nokia care. There is Flickering issue in my hand set. when I try to switch on the mobile .its button will become loose . what a sensitive phone it is?

If it become loose then warranty is void this statement is given by Nokia care team.

Also they don't know how to talk with customers.

Can any body help me in resolving the issue
