Harassment by the care centre and Nokia

I bought a mobile of Nokia model 2690 IMEI NO. 353410047682020 on 20/09. I thought that company has good name & fame in mobile world so its products will also be good but after 9 months my phone was dead. It was not working so i went to nokia care in my area at Mansa. They give me another mobile of same model after 20-22 days. But the given phone also not worked properly and i went to nokia care again. They take my phone and told of to come after 15-20 days. I went there again and they give me another phone IMEI no. 352687040551366. The given phone also not worked properly. Its too much than harassment for a consumer. The company with a reputed name in mobile world is unable to solve a simple problem of its consumer. I sent the mobile to the care centre again on 31/08. And they told me to come after 15 days. Whats this? I can't understand. How the company deal in warranty period. My phone is in company from more than 2 months. Now i want my phone back in working condition. If it not works i will go to consumer court.
