Poor performance of Handset

This is regarding my complaint against NOKIA handset X5-01 posted earlier as http://inconsumercomplaints.com/complaints/poor-performance-c628171.html.

But no action has been taken by NOKIA till now. They just sent a mail for my contact details. I have mailed them so many times but did not get any reply. Only once they just mailed that someone will contact you soon. But no one did.

The performance of phone is still worse.

I am really repenting why i trusted and bought NOKIA brand phone. I could have opted any other brand.

I would never prefer anyone to buy any model of NOKIA phone. It’s really not trustworthy
