Cheat with custome

I have nokia 5233 and there is problem of display conector in nokia 5233 and i check out it @ nokia care KANPUR they told me that we submit it over warranty due to physical damage thus it is in under warenty and they give me estimated price of Rs 2623/- and after some day they refund my nokia 5233/ and told me it is not in the condition to be repair!!! and then i checked out it outside off market and mobile speclist told me that they distroy the few track of display conector and there is no original touch pad and display of mobile and also these parts are in not working condition thus i never before chek out side of market! so when i complain to nokia care they told me that we are not responsible for that!!! so now what i do please sugest me!! i hope you solve the my problem!!
