WARRANTYVOID BUT HANDSET IS GOOD POSSITION

My handset 5800XM IMEI NO. 353781046975767 many times repaired in Nokia care date (8/04, 10/5, 14/6, 16/7, 03/09) present time sent to head office in problem set hang bluetooth problem dated 05/09 and return dead position then i can not accept my handset and second time sent to company 26/09 but now my handset warrantyvoid and return unrepaired. first time company accept my handset and second time warrantyvoid how to possible. I am very much dissatisfied and going for legal case this is last way. If Nokia Company consider for my handset I will surrender from Legal case. I have also warranty extend.
