Not resolving the problem in the new phone

I had been regular user of nokia for the last 10 years, recently i have purchased nokia E-6 on 29/08, but after 15-20 days phone's mass memory got erased itself and was unavailable. after that phone was submitted to nokia care saharanpur (U.P) on 21/09 and phone was sent to company.

after that phone was given to me on 29/09 with motherboard swaped by company, since then also the phone was not working properly and was again submitted to nokia care on 11/10 and nokia care told me to again sent the phone to company.
