I chandran (70) like to write to you that I have purchased a Mobile NOKIA 5233, IMEI NO-354850/04/436056/8 TYPE RM-625 FCC ID: LJP RM625, IC:661E-6M625 CODE :0594741 MADE IN KORIA for my Daughter (C.ANUSHA) From GLOBE MOBILE 138, GREAMS RD.T.LIGHT CH-6.for RS 7500/-Past 1 year.

Because of LCD Problem I went to shop on 15/09 Shop has collected Rs.1800/-(R.No.585) for repairing charges. Again the same display problem So I went again (5/11) to shop again they demanded Rs.1800/-for the same.

As a senior citizen I requested you kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
