Dissatisfied with mobile phone

Hi... i bought c2-02 in august nd within 15 days it stared hanging, touch works by clikng 3 4 times nd now it is having display problem... despite it is not even droped ever... i had approached to service center they told phone wlii be sent to company and i: ll get it back in 8 days but.i m not satisfied with the phone... please refund back my money so that i can buy another model or else give me some other solution but i dont want to use this phone now.
