Auto restart while ending videos from real playe

I have a nokia C5-03. My mobile gets restart while clicking back option in videos plying from real player. in landscape mode it does not restart but in portait mode my mobile gets auto restart. in file manager and image and video option from galary it does not get restart. only in real player it gets auto resart. It has been sent to nokia service center in delhi but after that the same problem occurs. They did not take it seriously they take it simply. So, please help me
